Job target:

Responsible for assessing the quality of specifications and technical design documents in order to ensure timely, relevant and meaningful feedback. They are involved in planning and implementing strategies for quality management and testing.

Job Description

  1. Work with functional teams to solve quality issues and meet KPI target.
  2. Liase with Quality Manager and Quality Technician on quality-related issues to follow-up on effective corrective and preventive actions.
  3. Corrective action and follow up the rejected goods and other customer claims.
  4. Assist Quality Manager to achieve and maintaining product quality to meet customer satisfaction.
  5. Perform internal audit and ensure that quality system in place at all times
  6. Ensure that the quality system conforms to ISO requirements and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  7. Establish and implement in-house quality monitoring system
  8. Ensure continuous improvements in process and procedures implemented in manufacturing
  9. Maintain and upgrade product quality level.
  10. Responsibility to judge the defective products.
  11. Supervise team work.
  12. In charge of counselling and discipline process for the subordinates.
  13. Specification control of customer transaction.
  14. Evaluate reliability and first approval for new models.
  15. Make judgement of newly model introduced.
  16. Regularly check the reliability of mass production products and run various tests on finished products
  17. Treatment of quality abnormality found at product.
  18. Prepare quality reports to management.
  19. Performs other duties as assigned or required by Manager

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:14000 is a MUST
  • Experience in using Precision Machining Process and Continuous improvement process.
  • Experience in Quality report and Presentation material format.
  • Good problem-solving skills with attention to details.
  • Certified with Radiation Protection Officer is an added advantage
  • Prefer candidate with working experience in Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel, are necessary.
  • Good verbal and inter communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Japanese will be added advantage.

About the role

Seki Aoi Techno (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrative/ Human Resource Intern to join our team in Bukit Rambai, Melaka. This is an internship position, offering valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the admin and operations teams
  • Ensuring standards in the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and equipment/assets, including rest area supplies such as vending machines and water dispensers.
  • Manage and coordinate servicing of company vehicles, including regular maintenance, repair scheduling, road tax and insurance renewals, cleanliness, and ensuring roadworthiness at all times. Also responsible for tracking service intervals and maintaining vehicle-related documentation.
  • Generate business documentation, prepare presentations and spreadsheets, and coordinate the distribution of training materials (e.g., refresher training on ESH and assessments)
  • Assist the Admin Executive in maintaining office services by:
    • Organizing office operations and procedures, including issuing memos, maintaining agreements and assist in coordinating company events such as staff gatherings, and official functions.
    • Preparing for permit and license renewals
    • Monthly forecast exercises for administrative expenses (e.g., office supplies, utility bills etc.).
    • Coordinate and oversee yearly preventive maintenance activities for office and factory facilities, as well as forklifts, to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with operational standards.
    • Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards (ISO, OSHA, ERT and others)
    • Plan and implement paper-saving initiatives to promote sustainable practices and reduce resource usage, including document archiving, digitalization, and handling recyclable paper.
    • Managing general waste as well as assigning and monitoring clerical functions
  • Assist the HR Executive in handling operator recruitment processes and interviews.
  • Assist the Account Executive with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, document filing, and following up on purchase order (PO) status
  • Performing other general office duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Administrative, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months availability for the internship period.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Possess a valid car driving license
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team
  • Minimum CGPA 3.0

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Engineer to join our team. You will be involved in designing, developing, and testing electronic components and systems in a high-tech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic systems and components for testing environments.
  • Perform prototype testing and analysis to ensure system functionality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project specifications.
  • Conduct research to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Job Target

Working as a part of production line using small handled tools and assemble circuit boards for electronic equipment. Also lead, monitor, review and manage production workers performance and communicate clearly and effectively, coach, develop, council and mentor.                                 

Job Description

  1. Assemble circuit boards for electronic equipment
  2. Following diagrams carefully and using a steady hand
  3. Supervisor also must know in the application of heat to low melting point metals to establish joins and connections.
  4. Know how to use a variety of tools general to manufacturing electronics, aside from soldering iron, cutters, pliers and crimp tool, heater/ blower/ Danon machine/ x-ray machine.
  5. Supervisor also must know repairing circuit boards, cutting components to fit the board, maintaining stock level using system, testing finished boards to check functionality, follow technical drawing carefully.
  6. Supervise all the production operation, manpower, overtime & resource management to ensure the smooth operation, production target, cost control and delivery due date are met.
  7. Lead, monitor, review and manage production workers performance and communicate clearly and effectively, coach, develop, council and mentor
  8. To identify & implement continuous improvements to the Company's production processes.
  9. Lead good housekeeping and 5'S maintained at the highest standard to promote quality awareness, safe working environment     and to enhance employee morale.
  10. To upgrade workers skill and knowledge through implementing training program.
  11. Perform visual inspection.
  12. Prepare of raw material and parts for production 
  13. Update daily downtime and monitor production yield.
  14. Involve in all other production related activities in production floor
  15. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by superior.
  16. Convert new model according to 4M change information 
  17. Involve in production planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
  18. Responsible in part drop monitoring
  19. The time allotted to monitor and supervise manpower is one (1) hour per day and seven (7) hours to perform tasks according to the job descriptions.   
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

 Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in engineering field with min 3 year working experience as Leader/ technician.
  • Experience in electronics industry will be an added advantage.
