Job Target

• Provides testing, Analysis and Repair of FCT/ ICT machines, focus on managing development programs and modifying specific features to improve efficiency.

Job Description

1. Analyze products or schematics to detect process or material improvements for old and new products
2. Evaluate products and packaging to determine improvements.
3. Test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify developmental and production electronic components, parts & equipment.
4. Perform microsection analysis on PCBs, PCBAs, and other electrical components
5. Analyze defects and features in electrical component microsections
6. Perform precise measurements with microscopy tools
7. Perform analysis of materials and components utilizing standard instrumentation for R&D, Product Development and Manufacturing activities
8. Assist in preventative equipment maintenance and instrument repair
9. Additional duties as assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechatronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
2. 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field/ fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
3. Technical knowledge and experience with electronic products and processes along product lifecycle, experience with electronic industry manufacturing equipment.
4. Ability to solve complex problems.
5. Must be computer literate.
6. Good verbal and inter communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
7. Able to work under time pressure
8. Self-discipline
9. Able to attend Recovery / Overtime on non-working days.

About the role

As an intern, you’ll be learning from industry experts and gaining invaluable exposure to the inner workings of Seki Aoi Techno (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. You will be involved in the continuous efforts of our production in Melaka, and will be working with a team who is keen to help you learn and grow.

Some of your tasks could include:

1. To be attached to the Quality Assurance Department and be involved in daily operations.
2. To assist with process improvement activities and work with the production team for implementation.
3. To perform statistical analysis and evaluation of data for process and productivity improvements.
4. To assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures for production activities.
5. To assist in creating production support documentation including operations process and productivity.
6. Develop, prepare and review reports and studies to identify and recommend engineering solutions
7. Work with cross functional department to analyze, troubleshoot and fix issues discovered
8. Study and determine the root cause of deviations in process, product, parts and equipment.
9. Asist Superior to ensure that the quality system conforms to ISO requirements and to maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
10. Performs other duties as assigned or required by Superior

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
2. At least 3 months availability for the internship period.
3. Tech-savvy and has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.
4. Minimum CGPA 3.0
5. Self-discipline

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Seki Aoi Techno (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Bukit Rambai Melaka. The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. This role involves supervising production staff, coordinating workflow, monitoring equipment performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management

   • Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets.

   • Ensure production schedules and deadlines are achieved efficiently.

   • Monitor production processes and adjust resources as needed.

2. Team Leadership

   • Supervise, train, and motivate production operators and line leaders.

   • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or feedback to team members.

   • Promote teamwork, discipline, and positive working attitudes among staff.

3. Quality Control

   • Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.

   • Work closely with Quality Department to resolve quality issues promptly.

   • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and ISO requirements.

4. Safety & Compliance

   • Enforce safety rules and ensure a safe working environment at all times.

   • Report and investigate any accidents, incidents, or unsafe practices.

   • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and environmental standards.

5. Continuous Improvement

   • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, downtime, and cost.

   • Participate in lean manufacturing or Kaizen activities.

   • Monitor production data to identify trends or areas for improvement.

6. Resource & Equipment Management

   • Ensure machines and tools are properly maintained and functioning.

   • Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.

   • Manage raw materials and minimize wastage.

 Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in engineering field with min 3 year working experience as Leader/ technician.
• Experience in electronics industry will be an added advantage.

Memberikan sokongan pembersihan yang cekap dan berkesan kepada Syarikat, termasuk memastikan keselamatan dan keadaan umum bangunan serta persekitarannya sentiasa terpelihara mengikut standard yang ditetapkan.

Pekerja pembersihan dikehendaki melaksanakan tugas-tugas berikut seperti yang diarahkan oleh Jabatan Pentadbiran menggunakan kaedah dan kekerapan yang ditetapkan selaras dengan spesifikasi pembersihan dan prosedur kerja selamat.

Tanggungjawab Kerja:

• Menjaga semua kawasan awam sentiasa kemas dan teratur.

• Mengosongkan tong sampah atau bekas seumpamanya, serta membawa bahan buangan ke tempat kutipan yang ditetapkan.

• Melupuskan sampah dengan cara yang bersih dan selamat.

• Menyapu lantai menggunakan penyapu atau mop kawalan habuk.

• Mengelap lantai menggunakan mop basah atau lembap.

• Mengelap habuk, mengelap lembap, membasuh atau menggilap perabot, para, ambang tingkap serta permukaan luar almari, radiator, rak dan kelengkapan.

• Menambah semula barang guna habis (pewangi, tisu tandas, beg sampah, dll.) bagi memastikan tahap stok mencukupi.

• Membersihkan tandas, urinal, sinki tangan, dab cermin tandas.

• Menggunakan bahan kimia seperti yang diarahkan oleh syarikat dalam melaksanakan operasi pembersihan atau prosedur penyelenggaraan (selepas menerima arahan dan latihan yang sesuai).

• Mengelap permukaan kaca dan membasuh tingkap mengikut jadual.

• Membersihkan koridor, lobi, tangga serta kawasan tempat letak kereta di kawasan syarikat.

• Melaksanakan kerja membasuh dinding atau membersihkan bahagian dalam cermin tingkap pada ketinggian tidak melebihi paras badan ditambah dengan panjang tangan (arm’s extension) dari paras lantai, mengikut program penyelenggaraan berkala.

• Memantau dan melaporkan sebarang pembaikan atau penggantian yang diperlukan / melaporkan sebarang isu penyelenggaraan atau bahaya keselamatan.

• Menukar kain linen kotor dengan yang bersih.

• Menyusun semula perabot dan kemudahan mengikut susun atur yang ditetapkan.

• Mematuhi semua prosedur keselamatan dan keselamatan syarikat.

• Mengemaskini tahap stok bahan pembersihan dan memastikan kerja teratur.

• Mengemaskini jadual pembersihan harian.

• Membersihkan kawasan sekeliling kilang termasuk memotong/merapikan rumput.
